Cancellation Policy

At Safe Transfers Bogotá, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures a fair and transparent process for all customers.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us via email at bookings@safetransfers.com.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Cancellation by Safe Transfers Bogotá

  • Safe Transfers Bogotá reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, vehicle unavailability, or other safety concerns.

  • In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided.

  • We may offer an alternative booking option depending on availability.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If a customer fails to appear at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

  • Customers must inform us of any delays as soon as possible to avoid cancellation.

4. Modification of Bookings

  • Modifications to bookings (such as time or location changes) must be requested at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

  • If a modification is not possible, the original booking conditions will apply.
