Cancellation Policy
Safe Transfers Bogotá

At Safe Transfers Bogotá, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures a fair and transparent process for all customers.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us via email at bookings@safetransfers.com.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
2. Cancellation by Safe Transfers Bogotá
Safe Transfers Bogotá reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, vehicle unavailability, or other safety concerns.
In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided.
We may offer an alternative booking option depending on availability.
3. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to appear at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Customers must inform us of any delays as soon as possible to avoid cancellation.
4. Modification of Bookings
Modifications to bookings (such as time or location changes) must be requested at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
If a modification is not possible, the original booking conditions will apply.
