Safe Transfers Bogotá offers private transportation services in and around Bogotá, Colombia. Our services include pre-scheduled rides, airport transfers, and custom transport solutions.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our Website, via email (bookings@safetransfers.com), or by phone.
Payment must be completed in advance using our approved payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will maintain their agreed rate.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.
3. User Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking.
Any changes to the booking details must be communicated at least 12 hours in advance.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the transfer. Safe Transfers Bogotá is not liable for lost or damaged items.
4. Service Limitations
Safe Transfers Bogotá reserves the right to refuse service to any customer engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
Our drivers may refuse transport if the customer is under the influence of drugs or alcohol and poses a safety risk.
We do not provide child car seats by default; customers must request them in advance.

Safe Transfers Bogotá is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
While we strive to provide timely service, estimated arrival and travel times are approximate.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
